While most of the world seems to get into the Christmas spirit come December, (Ugh. Bah Humbug!) I get into the "Phantom of the Opera" spirit, instead. I don't even really like musicals, but I ADORE the "Phantom"! I even have the Phantom's 'daughter' Operetta in my Monster High doll collection. Something about Winter gets me in the mood to listen to the Andrew Lloyd-Webber musical score and watch the movie with Emmy Rossum and Gerard Butler. I'm listening to the soundtrack as I type! And of course, I love the Sarah Brightman versions of the songs, too... (I also may or may not be lip-syncing along in a dramatic fashion).

Hhhhmmm... I just like Christmas music in general, and you know, the Home Alone movies are always fun to watch when the holidays are in full swing. ;)

DeleteWho doesn't love Phantom?! Actually, I do know people who don't like it, but it was one of my first musical experiences, and it will always have a place in my heart! My favorite wintertime music collection is the soundtrack to the Little Women movie (the one with Winona Ryder), and it's a movie I watch every Christmas with my mom :) It's not necessarily a holiday movie, but we've made it a tradition!
